The brand new micro two-phase four wire stepper motor, model GM1024-10BY, uses a 10MM stepper motor with two-phase four wires. The gearbox specification is 9.9 * 23.9MM, and the gears are all metal gears. The reduction is very large at 1:1000. The stepping angle of the motor itself is 18 degrees, and after passing through the gearbox, the stepping angle of the output shaft is 0.018 degrees. It requires 20000 pulse signals to rotate the output shaft once (360 degrees). It is a micro but very precise and controllable stepper motor. Generally, only medical equipment, optical instruments, and experimental instruments need such a micro but finely controlled precision motor.

Motor outer diameter: 10mm
Motor type: Two phase four wire stepper motor (requires stepper driver)
Output shaft diameter: 3 mm (with flat position of 2.7 mm)
Output shaft length: 6 mm
Motor weight: approximately 10 grams
Motor phase resistance: approximately 10 ohms
5V short-circuit current: approximately 0.4 A
Line length: approximately 45 mm
Motor step angle: 18 degrees
Reduction ratio 1:1000
Step angle of output shaft: 0.018 degrees (20000 pulses to 360 degrees)
The electrical characteristics (data from the test report) are now copied out for the reference of buyers:
Induction coefficient A phase: 2.0mH
Induction coefficient B phase: 2.0mH
Maximum pull-out frequency: 1200 PPS/5.0V
Maximum pull in frequency: 1000 PPS/5.0V
Insulation impedance: 100 MQ/500VDC

This batch of motors is a stock of stepper motors, and we did not provide any information when we came here.
We only estimated from the internal resistance value of the motor that this stepper motor is suitable for DC5V-24V drivers,
with a medium speed pulse frequency and a driving current of approximately 0.3 A-0.4A.
Due to the large reduction ratio of the gearbox, which is 1:1000, the motor is only suitable for slow rotation,
and can only rotate about ten revolutions per minute at the fastest. We hope buyers can understand.
