Q1, How you packing the cargo for protection?

A1 Packing charge is about 3.5~4 % of the total cost of the goods, and we have especially reinforced our packing to protect the good from dampness, moisture, rust and shock.

 

Q2, How do we install the furniture?

A2.1 After receiving the goods, we will send you the installation video or installation drawing, solve any problems for you at any time.

A2.2 For project whose total amount is good, we suggest to send our senior engineers for installation.

 

Q3, Is there any quality warranty and after service?

A3.1 More free spare cabinets and accessory parts will be provided.

A3.2 We can also provide the lab planning, engineering drawings like the infrastructure drawings, ventilation drawing etc.
