Full Automatic Gas LPG Propane Fired Steam Boiler for Industry

The gas steam generator consists of a far-infrared burner, a one-way check valve after fuel air premixing, and a vertical condenser evaporator.Its main functional units and overall appearance are all fully independent intellectual property rights.

The burner adopts honeycomb ceramic surface combustion technology, which generates strong far-infrared radiation energy on the surface during combustion. Due to the fact that far-infrared light is a form of electromagnetic waves with its inherent frequency and wavelength,when the physical resonance frequency of the heat exchanger body of the generator is the same as the far-infrared radiation frequency, wave frequency resonance absorption occurs, and it heats the heat exchanger body of the generator at the same time as high-temperature flue gas, thereby achieving better heat transfer effects.

This series of products is developed, designed, and manufactured based on this heat exchange principle. The steam generator is a volumetric type, adopting a top-down approach of combustion,heat exchange, and condensation, with a compact structure and strong industrial texture.
