Outer Casing:Constructed from cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with electrostatic baking paint process to form a dense protective layer. This ensures high hardness, robustness, and exceptional anti-corrosion capability. Features anti-pinch rounded edges for enhanced durability and operational safety. Working Chamber:Equipped with a UV sterilizing lamp. Made of stainless steel with mirror polishing treatment. Designed with smooth rounded corners and quickly detachable shelf brackets for easy removal and chamber cleaning. Insulation Layer:An insulation protection system is applied between the outer casing and working chamber, providing excellent thermal retention. This effectively guarantees temperature stability and accuracy inside the chamber while minimizing ambient environmental impact. Sealing Technology:Utilizes high-density synthetic heat-resistant silicone sealing strips to prevent heat loss. Ensures long-term high-temperature operation and extended service life. Observation Window:Double-layer design with tempered observation panes. The outer door can be opened directly to view samples without affecting internal temperature. Note: 800L/1000L models feature dual doors (outer door without observation window). Temperature Control:Automatic heating/cooling control system integrated with high-sensitivity sensors ensures stable operation. Air Flow System:Forced convection ventilation structure enhances temperature response speed, improves temperature uniformity, and reduces fluctuations. Control Panel:Microcomputer-based intelligent LCD temperature controller with high precision, overshoot-free performance, and menu-driven operation. Includes temperature calibration and timer functions. Safety & Convenience:Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) and RS485 communication interface for PC connectivity, enabling real-time data monitoring/recording and secure experiment data storage/playback. Humidification System:Internal steam humidification technology with 316 stainless steel heating tube minimizes humidity fluctuations and ensures uniformity. 25L external water tank requires refilling only every 15-20 days.
